Bipolar Lift App Privacy Policy

The Bipolar Lift mobile application is designed with user privacy in mind.

All mood tracking data, sleep data, events and settings are stored locally on your device using secure local device storage.

This application does not transmit your personal data to any external servers or third-party services.

Data backup exports are only created when initiated directly by the user. Reports are also only created when initiated directly by the user and are shared entirely at the user’s discretion. Optional notifications are generated locally on the device and do not require personal data to be transmitted to external services.

Future versions of the application may provide optional data backups using services such as iCloud or Google Drive in case of device loss or damage. Any such features will remain optional and under user control.

Data Retention and Deletion

All mood tracking data, sleep data, event records and application settings are stored locally on the user's device and remain stored until deleted by the user or the application is removed from the device.Users may permanently delete all stored application data at any time by selecting Settings → Clear All Data within the application. This action removes all locally stored data and cannot be undone.The application does not store user data on external servers. Therefore, no user data is retained by LKH Solutions Limited following deletion.
